Born and raised in Amory, MS, Dwight received his bachelors in music/vocal performance from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS. and his masters in youth ministry through the Center for Youth Ministry Training and Memphis Theological Seminary. For the past 5 years, Dwight has worked in surburban and urban youth ministry and has worked with youth ministries throughout Mississippi and right here in Nashville. Currently, Dwight serves as the director of youth at Preston Taylor Ministries in West Nashville where he works alongside schools and families to provide additional learning environments and spiritual discipleship for 5th-12th grade students. Above all, Dwight sincerely loves the Lord and has been called to lead the next generation into the truth of Jesus Christ through the Gospel. It is through the freedom of Christ that our youth will come to know who they are and who they have been created to be. Dwight has a host of siblings and family who has supported his mom to offer support to him throughout his years of school and ministry.
